Coffee and Conversation: Self-Worth & Wire Flower Craft

Event Details

  • Date:

Join the discussion on self-worth and how it influences every area of our lives from relationships and work, to boundaries, confidence, and our ability to be our authentic selves.
We’ll discuss:

* What self-worth really is (and isn’t)

* How self-abandonment quietly shows up in everyday life

* Why boundaries are essential, not selfish

* The role your nervous system plays

* How to stop seeking approval & begin trusting yourself

* Practical ways to rebuild self-respect, speak your truth, and choose yourself without guilt
Attendees will also create a beautiful wire flower craft- a reminder that growth, healing & worthiness often begin from within.
Bring your mug. Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.

This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.

This event is for both adults & teens.
