Coffee and Conversation: Discovering the Unconscious Mind & Neurographic Book Page Art

Event Details

  • Date:

Join the conversation as we explore the power of the unconscious mind- that hidden part of us that influences our thoughts, habits, reactions, emotions, beliefs and patterns more than we often realize.
So much of what keeps us stuck isn’t because we don’t know any better. It’s because our unconscious mind is running old programs designed to keep us safe, familiar & protected.
We will discuss:

* What the unconscious mind is responsible for,

* How it stores memories, emotions, beliefs, etc.,

* How we can begin to uncover the why behind the things we do.
Attendees will also create neurographic inspired art on book pages. This is a calming, intuitive activity that helps us slow down and create something beautiful from the messy, looping thoughts in our minds.
Bring your mug. Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.

This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.

This event is for both adults & teens.
If weather conditions are a concern, please check our Facebook page for the most up to date information on possible delays or closings.
