2nd Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser

Save the date for our 2nd Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser being held at the Up North Lodge Events Center on Sunday, February 2, 2025. It’s never too early to start building your team. Watch for details to be released in the coming months.

Candy Donations for Halloween

The library is seeking donations of candy for this year’s Trick-or-Treat at the Library event. If you’re able, please consider dropping off a bag or two. Staff will stuff treat bags to hand out during trick-or-treat hours on October 31st.

Hold My Bouquet ~ 9th Annual Cream Tea Fundraiser

Tickets are now available for the 9th Annual Tea Party Fundraiser. Join our Fundraising Friends for an afternoon of tea, finger foods & a fashion show featuring bridesmaid dresses through the years. Tickets are available for a $25.00 donation at the library or from a Fundraising Friend. Cash or check only. If paying by cash at the library, exact change is needed. Don’t miss out on this popular fall event! All proceeds benefit the library.

Book & Movie Donations Pause

Everyone has been so generous. We have collected a wonderful selection for you to choose from while filling your totes from the Gwinn Quilters at the July 27th fundraiser. However, we are to capacity with the amount of donations we can accept for the event. We are going to take a pause from accepting donations of used items until further notice. Thank you for your generosity and your understanding.  

Used Book & Movie Fundraiser: READ ‘EM & EAT

This annual fundraiser has been rescheduled to coincide with our free Big Lake Acoustic Concert. Gently used books & DVDs will be available by donation. The Gwinn Quilters have once again created a variety of handmade tote bags. Bags will be available while supplies last for a suggested donation of $10.00. Your donation includes filling your handmade tote with items. Brats and hot dogs will also be available for lunch by donation from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit the library.
