Concert in the Park & Used Book Fundraiser

Last summer's event with Big Lake Acoustic was such a success, we're bringing them back to Peter Nordeen Park this year.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 9, 2025, 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Music starts at 1:00 p.m. with free ice cream treats. Music & ice cream are made possible through a grant from the Community Foundation of Marquette County & Gwinn Area Community Fund.

Our Fundraising Friends will host their annual Used Book Fundraiser starting at 12:00 p.m. with books, DVDs, and audio books available for a suggested donation. Handmade totes by the Gwinn Quilters will also be available for a donation of $10.00 each. Bags can be filled with books!

A brat or hot dog lunch will also be available starting at 12:00 p.m. for a suggested donation.

Join us for a family-friendly afternoon of music, food & books all benefiting the Forsyth Township Public Library.

In the event of rain, music & books will be moved inside.
