Coffee and Conversation: Understanding Your Triggers & Flower Bombs

Event Details

  • Date:

Join the conversation as we discuss why we react the way we do & how to respond differently. Have you ever reacted to something and thought, “why did that effect me so much?”, or “Wow. That response felt way bigger than the situation.”
We will discuss:

* What triggers are

* Why certain people or situations affect us so deeply

* How your nervous system influences your reactions

* Why your body reacts before your mind understands,

and much more!
Attendees will also make their own wildflower seed bombs to plant.
Bring your mug. Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.

This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.

This event is for both adults & teens.
