Coffee & Conversation: Clean Eating Made Simple

Event Details

  • Date:

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to eat healthy, you’re not alone. Between gluten-free, dairy-free, dye-free, low-carb, high protein, organic, seed oils, non-GMO…it can feel like there are a hundred rules and no clear place to start.
For many, it’s not just about knowing what to do, it’s about feeling stuck, confused, or unsure what actually works for your body and your life.

We will have a panel of women who live this in real life sharing their experiences, what’s worked for them, and what hasn’t.

Join the conversation this month as we talk about:

* How to simplify nutrition without overthinking everything

* What “clean eating” actually means (without perfection)

* How to navigate food sensitivities like gluten-free, dairy-free, dye-free, etc.

*Small realistic shifts that actually make a difference

* The role of ingredients, preservatives & making more informed choices

*How to make the shift feel doable

This is your space to ask questions, learn without judgement, get ideas you can actually implement & realize you don’t have to do it perfectly.

Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.

This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.

This event is for both adults & teens.
If weather conditions are a concern, please check our Facebook page for the most up to date information on possible delays or closings.
