Coffee and Conversation: Embracing Authenticity & Paper Quilling Craft

Event Details

  • Date:

This month’s Coffee & Conversation gathering is all about embracing authenticity & the craft of paper quilling.
Are you feeling the pressure to be everything for everyone, but struggling to be yourself? Do you ever wonder who you are beneath the expectations, roles, and responsibilities? Learn what authenticity means, why it’s so hard to embrace, and how you can show up as your true self without guilt, fear, or self-doubt.
Why attend?

* Reconnect with you.

* Break free from perfectionism.

* Find confidence in your truth.

* Build deep connections & engage in heartfelt conversations with like-minded people.

* Create something beautiful learning to paper quill. Paper quilling is a mindful activity that represents how our unique layers and experiences shape who we are.
Coffee will be on with treats provided by Donna Adams.

This event is free and will be led by Amanda Perry.

This event is for both adults & teens
